Registration for CFM2025 ^*Required step

The weekly registration fee includes:

• Access to sessions, mini-symposia, and associated events
• A digital version of the proceedings
• Coffee breaks
• The welcome cocktail
• Congress documentation
• The opportunity to submit an article for publication in Mechanics & Industry (see author instructions)
• A public transport pass for the duration of the congress (bus and mettis) in Metz

Note: To facilitate identification, AFM or SFP members are requested to provide their membership number during registration. A proof of registration for the 2024-2025 academic year will also be required for doctoral students (student ID card or certificate of enrollment).

For non-members of AFM, the registration includes a two-year membership to the association.

Daily registration fees include:

Catering
Meals are not included in the registration fees. However, a meal option will be available during registration for lunch (enhanced meal at the university restaurant: starter, main course, dessert, drinks) at €18 excluding VAT (€19.80 including VAT) per meal.

Gala Dinner
The Thursday evening Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fees. It can be reserved during registration for €65 excluding VAT (€71.50 including VAT).
